The Independent Converter Association is having a general membership meeting at the Beautiful Hotel de la Montagne in Montreal Canada. We hope you can attend; our meeting agenda is as follows:

* Thursday September 11th Golf Outing, shuttle departs approx 8:00am

* Thursday September 11th Cocktail Reception, in the Le Lutetia Room, Hotel De La Montagne

* Friday September 12th Shuttle departs 8:30 to Polyrol Paper Tube, Inc. for Plant Tour

* Luncheon Served – Noon - Hotel De La Montagne - Le Lutetia Room

* Friday September 12th Meeting 1:15 PM Chambertin Hall
• Alamo Presentation on ISO Certification
• Technology Round Table
• Associate Membership Discussion & Vote

* Old/New Business

*Meeting Adjourned, Approx 4:30 pm

Nonmembers, that qualify as independents, may attend, however there is a one-time fee of $250.00. All dues paying members may attend free of charge.

We must have an accurate count of attendees, so reservations must be made by August 8th

ICA has arranged for discount rooms at the Hotel de la Montagne. Rate is $165 CDN per night, which is a great rate for this 4 star property. Mention the “Independent Converter Association” when making your reservation. Call 1-800-361-6262.
