Members & Potential Members -September 2006 Meeting & Plant Tour

The Independent Converters Association, is having its fall meeting on September 29, 2006 at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, in Grand Rapids Michigan. We hope you can attend, our meeting agenda is as follows:

Thursday September 28, 2006, at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel

* 6:00pm to 7:30pm Cocktail Reception - Amway Grand Hotel

Notice: The Laages have offered to arrange a golf outing (scramble) on Thursday for those who would be interested in playing. We need a firm commitment from those interested in arriving a day early, as tee time would be Thursday around 10:00am. Please confirm if you plan to come early and golf. If interested they have also offer to arrange a tour of Meijer Gardens, for wives during the gold outing. - www.meijergardens.org

Friday September 29 2006

* 8:45am Bus Departs Amway Grand Plaza

* 9 :00am Plant Tour of L & F Packaging, Inc - Honeycomb Products of Michigan, Inc this 175,000 sq' operation produces tubes - edgeboard - honeycomb

* 11:15am Bus Returns to Amway Grand Plaza

*12:00 Lunch is served at the Amway Grand Plaza

*1:15 Members Meeting Amway Grand Plaza

* 4:30 Meeting will adjourn

Nonmembers, that qualify as independents, may attend, however there is a one-time fee of $250, per person, all dues paying members may attend free of charge but you must register

We must have an accurate count of attendees, so please register by August 25, 2006

ICA has arranged for discount rooms at the rate of $112.00 per night with the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel (800) 253-3590. For reservations call the hotel direct and mention the Independent Converters Association when making your reservation to receive this discount.

We must have your reservation in hand by August 25, 2006 nonmembers must enclose the $250.00 per person fee, with their reservation. There is no fee for members. Reservations should include the following information: company name, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax, e-mail, and number of attendees from your company.

Attendance fee: nonmembers: $250.00 per attendee
