Technical Meetings
ICA will have technical meetings, the purpose of these meetings is to aid and assist independents in improving their technical capabilities. These meetings will consist of other independents touring a designated plant facility. To avoid anticompetitive issues; member representatives that compete directly with that facility, will not participate. The toured facility will provide a list of competitors that would not be acceptable for this reason. These members will be excluded from this meeting to prevent any semblance of anticompetitive activity. This exclusion is for competitors only, members that share the same geographical market but serve a different market place, my participate, but only with the approval of the toured facility.
Any member wishing to have their plant toured please let ICA know.
